Had my sons graduation party catered by Buffalo’s Best Catering by Kim. It was wonderful!! We had pulled port and the almond chicken along with the Mac and cheese and garlic & herb roasted red potatoes. Was a big hit and would highly recommend.

We ordered from Buffalo’s Best Catering by Kim for our daughter’s graduation party. The communication from day one was excellent. Kim helped us customize menus for our daughter’s favorites. Not only was the food of excellent quality, there was definitely enough quantity! And the drop off staff was super quick and efficient and polite. I would highly recommend and hire Kim again!

We ordered from Kim for my granddaughter’s first birthday. Everything tasted amazing and was perfectly cooked. The Mac and cheese was creamy and flavorful. The Italian chicken and the Hawaiian chicken were a big hit too! The chicken was tender, tasted great and cooked perfectly. The fruit platter was beautifully arranged and all the fruit was sweet. We will definitely be ordering from Buffalo’s Best again! Kim also helped me to decide how much food to order for 40 people. Thank you for all your help! The delivery great too! The gentleman was very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Oh my gosh!!! The food was delicious! I ordered catering from Kim for my daughter’s bridal shower. Many of the guests said how good all of the food was. Kim was so easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions. There were some nut allergies in the party and she assured me that all of the food prepared was free from those allergens. Kim also suggested some dishes when I asked her for ideas of some of the more popular items on the menu. The delivery and set up was also well organized and efficient! Great first experience with Buffalo's best catering by Kim. Easy online ordering process which was followed up by phone calls from Kim and her staff. We did a lunch buffet. Food was delicious! Our guests raved about the blooming onion chicken and smoked gouda mac and cheese. Portions were plentiful. Drop off delivery was flawless. Will definitely use again in the future.

Kim and her staff were amazing they did a wonderful job before during and after our wedding the food was amazing to say the least everyone asked who catered it and took flyers because it was so good thank you Kim and your staff for the amazing job you did and again the food was amazing
