Buffalo’s Best Catering By Kim is the BEST! We have been using their catering for several years now for various family events, big and small, and have never been disappointed. Food is always excellent and service is impeccable and timely. Whenever we serve food from them, we receive so many compliments from our guests. We ordered from Buffalo Best Catering for two family events. The food was delicious. It was delivered in a timely manner and set up in our kitchen. We ordered the chicken almandine, pulled pork, sausage, Mac and cheese, Spanish rice, mashed potato's, green beans  and Cesar salad. Everything was delicious. Fantastic food, customer service and pricing!  I have used Buffalo's Best Catering by Kim for every type of function over the years and it's been a home run every time!  They do our Thanksgiving catering for a couple hundred hungry EMS professionals and make me look like a hero. I had outreached Kim with Buffalos Best Catering for Christmas catering.  I had surgery and was not able to cook myself for the holiday. They were so flexible to work with on menu items, and were prompt with the order delivery.  I hated to have to use catering instead of a home cooked meal for Christmas, but this was over the top yummy. We found this catering service online and didn't have any direct recommendations. The reviews looked great so I rolled the dice. These folks are awesome Food quality was excellent and it arrived at exactly the time we agreed upon. And all the food was hot. I recommend these folks without a doubt. I highly recommend Buffalo's Best by Kim. They catered our rehearsal dinner and did an impeccable job. Guests raved about the food -- the presentation, quality, and quantity were excellent. Kim was great to work with-- she even prepared some dishes that were not on their website menu. All communication was easy; she was never too busy to answer my questions or changes. The food was delivered and set up promptly. I was extremely pleased with their efficiency and professionalism.
